Directions: Apply Base Coat and Cure. Then apply 2 coats of your chosen colour, and cure for 30 seconds. Apply a Non-wipe Top Coat and cure for 30 seconds. Burnish Chrome into nails using either an eyeshadow applicator, finger or silicone tool. Apply a Base Coat over the Chrome & then cure for 30 seconds. Apply Halo’s Non-wipe Top Coat and now cure again for 30 seconds.
